Laundromat FAQ
We are open from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., seven days a week. Last wash is at 7:30 p.m.
Yes, there is always an employee on site if you need any assistance.
Our laundromat is a coin store. Our machines start with quarters. We have a change machine on site if you need quarters.
Yes, we have 40 and 55 pound machines that can wash multiple loads and bulky items like comforters.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. We are always attended.
We use only premium brand products when we wash your laundry. We use brands such as Tide and Gain, and we offer a free and clear option for people with sensitive skin and allergies.
It is only $1.59/lb. for our wash and fold laundry service. If you need your clothes back the same day, it is $1.99/lb. and you must drop off your clothes before noon.
There is a 10-pound minimum for our wash and fold service.
For regular service your clothes will be ready for pick up in 24 hours.
We never wash your clothes with anyone else's. We know that this leads to mix ups and cross contamination.
Pickup & Delivery FAQ
Scheduling is simple. Click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and create an account. It usually takes about two minutes. Then choose the pickup and delivery dates and times that work best for your schedule.
We offer delivery to residential and commercial customers throughout the Houston area, including Spring, Westfield, Klein, and Louetta. If you’re unsure if we cover your neighborhood, feel free to give us a call!
If you sign up for regular weekly or biweekly service, the cost is $1.59/lb. If you only want to use our service on an as needed basis it is $1.79/lb.
Yes, we have a 25-pound minimum for our wash and fold delivery services. This ensures we can provide the highest quality care while keeping our delivery routes efficient.
No! You can use our service as often or as little as you need. There are no monthly contracts or hidden subscription fees, just professional laundry care on your terms.

Absolutely. When you set up your online account, you can customize your preferences. Let us know if you want specific items hung up, if you need stain treatments, or if you prefer a certain drying temperature.
Never. We pride ourselves on hygiene and organization. Every customer's laundry is kept completely separate throughout the entire washing, drying, and folding process.
Nope! You can simply leave your laundry in a secure spot (like your front porch) and let us know where it is in your order notes. We’ll pick it up and drop it off at the designated location, even if you’re out running errands.
